The Lakeshore Museum Center has both exhibits that change and exhibits that stay constant over the years. Our continuing exhibits cover topics so important to Muskegon County history that they stay in place for 10 years or more!
| Exhibit Closed Temporarily The exhibit Coming to the Lakes is 10 years old this year. In order to keep our exhibits up to date and accurate, we review them every 5 to 10 years. On this 10th Anniversary, Coming to the Lakes is getting a refresher and will be closed most of the month of August. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause because we know this is one of everyone's favorite exhibits. We promise to open it back up as soon as possible with a fresh and updated look.
